Each <strong>diocese<\/strong> has the power to define its own <strong>administrative structure<\/strong>, ensuring that the <strong>ecclesiastical government<\/strong> is exercised in a <strong>representative, transparent and in communion<\/strong>. In this sense, the <strong>National Synod<\/strong>, made up of <strong>elected members<\/strong> that represent the different <strong>congregations and regions<\/strong> of the country, constitutes the main space of <strong>discernment<\/strong> y <strong>decision making<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The diocesan organization can be structured in <strong>regions<\/strong> with a high level of <strong>autonomy<\/strong>, expressed through <strong>Regional Conferences or Committees<\/strong>, favoring an administration close to the <strong>reality of each community<\/strong>.
